Quick, friendly, clean, A+ Was in recently just for an oil change, but my first at this location. The other location I had been visiting for maintenance recently moved a little Was in recently just for an oil change, but my first at this location. The other location I had been visiting for maintenance recently moved a little further out of my way. I was surprised at the ease of use of this locations online scheduling, I the appointment online to wait with the vehicle. The online scheduling was great, made me feel like my time would be respected and gave me flexibility on days times. Upon arrival at the shop, I was impressed by the clean/cool-looking dealership and shop, the service doors opened as I drove up, and pulled right in. The service tech walked right up, knew who I was (from the online schedule), was very friendly/positive attitude and helped make the experience A+. Waited while they worked, the pointed out i'm due for new wipers and offered to replace, which I declined (I'll buy my own), and they were quickly finished with the job. Professional, positive attitudes, friendly, and made the day easy. Will definitely use again! Thanks guys! More
