Got my new Mazda CX-5 with much ease, thanks to the team! I am very impressed and happy with the experience I had at Bountiful Mazda. First I enquired about best price and got a decent deal for Mazda CX-5 com I am very impressed and happy with the experience I had at Bountiful Mazda. First I enquired about best price and got a decent deal for Mazda CX-5 compared to near by dealerships who were quoting way higher and could not believe when I said about the deal offered by Bountiful Mazda and suggested to look out if that is a possible gamble. Besides while I took time for a week to choose between the dealership and price, Rich patiently checked with me for a week. Everything I needed was explained clearly. I financed the vehicle with an external bank, the whole process went smooth though financing is not through Bountiful Mazda. Received the keys to the car once bank approved the check and spoke to dealership that it would be sent over night. Liked the whole process and happy that I worked with Rich Waller regarding sale, Scot Medine(Scotty) on accessories and Tim May in finance divisions. More

Great Response to a Mazda 3 issue Called Bountiful Mazda on a Saturday morning about a puddle of oil under my Mazda 3. Talked to Scott in Service and explained situation. Scott said not drive car and he would dispatch a tow truck and pick up the car within an hour in Ogden. Within an hour the car was picked up,towed Bountiful Mazda and within 4 hours Scott called for me to pickup my repaired Mazda. All this was done on a Saturday! You do not find this expedited response from just any dealership. This is why Bountiful Mazda is my dealership for sales and especially SERVICE. Very friendly staff and quick service. The service center and bountiful Mazda is always very nice and quick while doing my oil change and tire rotation. I was there for maybe 30 minutes.
