Highly recommend Bountiful Mazda I've never trusted reviews. I thought they were fake and probably written by family members. This review can be trusted. Our experience at Bountiful Mazda was perfect from the very beginning. From our salesman Josh all the way to Scott and Scotty in service. My daughter was wanting to purchase her first vehicle and along with that came a lot of looking for the perfect dream car for her and the perfect trusted location for mom. We spent a lot of time talking to other dealerships and personal owners. It was quite discouraging. We went to BM and she found her dream car. There were a few issues that needed to be dealt with before we would purchase the vehicle. Josh worked to get us everything we asked for and then some. I cant say enough about this group of people. They are amazing. The owner and management team should be very proud of their staff. It's because of them that we will definitely be back. And.... we LOVE the car!!! Adrienne and Olivia Zamaro More

Took the fun out of buying a car After checking to see if the car in the inventory was still available I drove an hour and a half to the dealership. It was sold. They found another one in Idaho and told me they could have it in the dealership in two or three days. I paid a deposit for the car but was told It was still for sale in Idaho and they will try to get it from the Idaho dealership and I would hear from Bountiful Mazda on Monday or Tuesday. Wednesday when I had not received a word from the dealership I called. My sales guy would have to check with his manager. Thursday I called a gen Manager to see if it was still available from Idaho. A few hours later I got a text saying they had the car and it would be shipped next week. A week after I was told it would be in within a few days. I fell like I had to sell and buy the car. It did come in within a couple of days. A little communication from them would have helped. They took the fun out of a new car for me. It would have been nice to know some of the car features. All I got was a clean nice car and a lot of papers for the sale. I would have bought a few of the extra stuff they want you to buy but I didn't know if I could trust their time lines. Not a good experience. More

Be a Spaceman (or woman) Buying cars can be stressful and boring. At least, that's what I thought until I had a cooperative clash with the cosmic cataclysm called Bountiful Ma Buying cars can be stressful and boring. At least, that's what I thought until I had a cooperative clash with the cosmic cataclysm called Bountiful Mazda. The offerings were so sweet and the service so swell that I'd have bought two if that wasn't utterly unnecessary and impossible to afford. It was as if my salesman, Uriah, was an auspicious operative battling an off-world autocrat to defend my honor and deliver a car that not only matched my finances, but spirit as well. Due to Uriah, my helpful hero, I got more on my trade than expected, and levied this into a crazy crescendo of compatibility, ultimately resulting in the space-age speed demon they call a Mazda 6 GTR. The shiny veneer is like an armor against intergalactic insects and white "parchment" leather like a luxurious inter-planetary probe, cradling my loved ones through their never ending nebulous docket of destinations. With all the go-go gadgets and safety tech in this thing, I'm confident that priceless cargo will arrive unharmed. Thanks, Mazda, and thank you, Uriah, for making this purchase a real adventure. Quick and painless buying experience This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Instead of going back and forth with the normal car-buying negotiation where the sales guys This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Instead of going back and forth with the normal car-buying negotiation where the sales guys try to rip you off, Richard actually listened to what I had to say and treated me with respect. I had done my homework and knew what I should be paying for my CX-5, and Richard came right out and gave me a better price than other dealerships in the area. He communicated promptly, and got all of my paperwork started before I arrived to pick up the car. It only took about an hour to finalize everything, and I wasn't pressured to add on anything I didn't want. This dealership cares about its customers, and it's so refreshing to be dealt with in a civil manner, instead of having to go to battle with sales guys that lie and want to rip you off. Overall, an excellent experience! More

He took us to test drive a couple different models. We talked price and get got right to the point, giving us his best deal. After we explain we wanted to check out some other dealerships. Travis (Maybe Trevor, who is the sales manager) came out ( we were a little nervous at this point thinking that he was here to put some pressure on us buying) to our happy surprise the just shook our hands and said thank you for considering us for your next car purchase. Rich then shook our hands sent us on our way and said he would be in contact with in a few days. After visiting several other dealerships we just felt the most comfortable at Bountiful Mazda.
