The value online through Dodge with Boulder Dodge name on the site was looking at Black Book value and I was offered $13K higher than what Chris offered, saying he has to go by what he sees on Car Guru. I checked Car Guru and the values there were the same as the higher amount on the eShop buying process through Dodge and Boulder Dodge. Seems like a complete scam in addition to wasting time. More
