I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler back in November from this dealership. When I was purchasing it, the salesman told me the dealership had put a lift on the jeep along with larger tires before selling. I did pu dealership. When I was purchasing it, the salesman told me the dealership had put a lift on the jeep along with larger tires before selling. I did purchase a warranty along with the Jeep. Before purchasing the jeep, I had them run a full diagnostic test, since it is a used vehicle. They emailed me the results, which looked like it was completely clean. As soon as I drove the jeep off the lot, problems started accruing. Luckily I had the warranty, because I had to bring my jeep in 4 separate times, all being big issues. The previous issue, an inspector from the warranty company had to come out to inspect my vehicle, due to all of the issues coming up. The inspector then told the dealership that they can no longer work on this jeep, due to it having a lift. My warranty will now be voided. The dealership never let me know this may be an issue, nor are they willing to help me out in any way. They also installed the lift wrong in the beginning. I am not exaggerating when I say this, but I feel like my jeep is going to kill me one of these days. I finally figured out why I am feeling as unsafe as I have been, when the lift was installed, they kept the original steering stabilizer rod, when they needed to install 2. I have a young daughter and I will no longer allow her to ride in my jeep due to the safety issues. Unfortunately, this is my only vehicle, so I am having to risk my life every day. So not only did this dealership install the lift incorrectly, they are now lying stating they never installed it, and they did not warn me regarding the warranty possibly being denied do to the lift kit THEY PUT ON BEFORE I PURCHASED. More

I chose Boulder Dodge not because of the dealership, but because they had a specific used vehicle on hand that I was interested in. The sales & finance staff were extremely friendly and didn’t push the hard because they had a specific used vehicle on hand that I was interested in. The sales & finance staff were extremely friendly and didn’t push the hard sell. That being said, I left there with a bad taste in my mouth because they refused to put any fuel in the vehicle I purchased. I am used to that being a common courtesy on vehicle purchases in the past. So, I left there with a quarter tank and headed straight to a gas station. I know gas is high right now, but they made plenty of money on that deal to allow them to be a little bit generous. I wasn’t looking for a full tank, but to out & out refuse anything seemed extreme to me. I won’t be a return customer and they’ll get no recommendations from me. More
