But that's where it gets worse. I find out the finance manager LIED to me. He asked me if I wanted a warranty and I asked if I could cancel it he said of course. Well that's not the case. I called to confront them about being lied to and Their response from Tyler grubich the owner as he Says was that's not true the disclosure is on the back you signed it. He didn't care to hear anything I had to say or even investigate what happened he called me a liar and of course his employees would never do that. Then we went back and forth for awhile and he thought he muted the phone he then says to someone he was in the room with "he already traded in the van, xxxx this guy? I confronted him and he got defensive but made sure to stay on the phone because he knew he said it and my employee that was with me heard it. Long story short I make plenty of money and don't give a darn about the money. it's the moral and being a man of your word. Go to a reliable dealership that doesn't need to pull scams to make their money. More

I drove the Jeep back and after diagnosis they put in another part under warranty but told me I now had a non-running car that needed over $5000 in repairs. I asked how I drove the car there and was now going to have to tow it home and I was told it wasn’t their problem the wiring broke when they diagnosed it. Last time I took the Jeep there for a heater core problem I got the car home and the back windows didn’t work. The back seat was full of heater parts they had not put back together. We put it back together and got the windows working. One bad experience is a fluke. Two is bad mechanics. I would not take my car there to be fixed you might have to tow it home. More
