One guy, a long line, and then they bring out the wrong car. Not sure I want a dealer working on my car that brings someone the wrong car. I have a 2015 Dodge Ram eco deisel and I will never go back to the dealer that I purchased it from. Horrible service. When the service guy brought me my key...finally, he did not even acknowledge the mistakes and the wait. Stay away from these people. Y More
Go to another dealership I have always purchased new because I want the warranty. I purchased used because I really wanted an FJ and they are no longer in production. When we took possession, we noted the driver side tire was low, they aired it up and since I travel quite a bit for work, I did not drive the car very much. After taking the car to a Toyota dealership, they said that tire was unsafe and should not have rolled off the lot. My children and I trusted this dealership and shouldn't have. Upon reflection and after a returned phone call, basically lesson learned and they will do/did nothing. Go to another dealership. More

Sales guy looked me right in the eye and sighed "Oh did you want that cleaned?" The service writer actually told me he didn't know what he was doing. It was pretty obvious because they replaced the wrong parts. I can't even bring my self to go back there to get it straightened out. Bottom line, if you're thinking about buying one of Ram's highest end trucks and expect to be treated with pride and respect, don't go to Boulder Chrysler. More

Bad service I took my 3500 dodge ram mega cab longhorn edition there yesterday to get a oil change and tire rotation and it turns out that they did not even do an I took my 3500 dodge ram mega cab longhorn edition there yesterday to get a oil change and tire rotation and it turns out that they did not even do anything to my vehicle,they left my oil cap and windshield cap opened and they had splattered oil on my windshield,didn't even bother to clean it, they did not even rotate my tires! When I went back there to have them service it again, they still did not correct the problem properly , I do not recommend anyone taking their vehicles there,poor service and bad staff members, they are in need of some new staff members that really want to work and be able to accommodate customers! More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER We had a great experience at Chrysler/Dodge in Florida so we came here and bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The salesman was rude, the manager refus We had a great experience at Chrysler/Dodge in Florida so we came here and bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The salesman was rude, the manager refused to come out of his office when we asked to see him. The car was dented, had a loose piece of metal on the bottom, bald tires and only one key. We had to pay $275 for a new key, which still to this day doesn't work and they refuse to fix it. Oil pump blew and they told us TWICE just to keep driving. $2,000 repair. It hasn't even been a year and the car has needed 9 repairs. Worst and most expensive mistake ever, AVOID!!!!!! More

Do not purchase a car here! It started off nicely until they ran a credit check on me after I told them not to.
