My time is valuable so people who waste it with shmarmy sales talk are obnoxious. Boulder Chrysler’s Tony is an expert in the Ram trucks and doesn’t answer every question with yes because he has integrity. I bought a new truck this week and couldn’t be happier. Tony wasn’t trying to butter me up with a lot of fake compliments but instead informed me about the product and just stuck to the facts. Any questions I asked were answered completely and most importantly with verifiable information instead of none sense like “you would look good in that truck.” We live in Loveland so drove past Prestige Dodge in Longmont to go to Boulder. The reason is Prestige wasted an hour of my life when I bought a used Jeep by trying to change the price after I agreed to buy by pretending I had to pay $1,500 more for some window security engraving. I told myself next time try an honest dealer. Now I know, Boulder Chrysler was fantastic, honest and didn’t waste my time. More

Among other costly repairs, we asked for a new cover for the passenger door window switch and after ADMITTING they damaged the switch they replaced the switch and charged us $235. When they couldn't get the switch cover, we were told to attach the damaged cover with duct tape! When we complained about this, they offered a free oil change on our next visit. The service manager is full of shifty reasons and explanation for a week long delay alternately claiming we ASKED for the switch to be replaced, after previously admitting they accidentally broke the switch themselves. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. More
Clean, friendly dealership in an excellent location. No overt sales pressure from this team, and they did work with me on the things mattered most to me. I have hopes for a pleasant and productive long-st overt sales pressure from this team, and they did work with me on the things mattered most to me. TOTAL SCAM TERRIBLE! Will scam you out of your money! Took my 2002 van in to look at the breaks. I noticed a burning rubber smell coming down the mountain TERRIBLE! Will scam you out of your money! Took my 2002 van in to look at the breaks. I noticed a burning rubber smell coming down the mountain (turns out I was riding my breaks too hard, always use engine breaking on big hills!) They claimed my break calipers were seized and that had in turn ruined my rotors, break pads, master cylinder, and required my breaks to be recalibrated. they quoted me at $2300 to fix it all. I had just replaced the break pads and rotors 1 month prior to this incident and thought that it was very hard to believe that this was true. I then took my van to 2 separate mechanics and both of them said that there was NOTHING wrong with the break system at all. To add insult to injury i specifically asked them to lock the vehicle or keep in inside when not actively working on it as I had valuables in the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was unlocked and parked outside less than 30 minutes before closing. Had I not gotten the vehicle that day it would have sat outside UNLOCKED all night long. Van is currently running perfectly fine with breaks working. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! More
Asked Jeremy to take a look at my Dodge Challenger Hemi and he provided quick, professional feedback at a fair price. Got a good price on a WRX. It had 20,000 miles, in good shape, for less than the carfax price. Crack in the windshield but they're sending out some people to fix it. shape, for less than the carfax price. Crack in the windshield but they're sending out some people to fix it. More
Won't honor coupons from their own website Called for an oil change and was told they stopped offering the 3 pack deal "2 or 3 years ago". A newer power wagon. They sold me on the "extended warranty". When it came time to honor the extended warranty, they will use every excuse in the book to avoid working on warranty related issues. They will blame you, the previous owner, anybody but themselves. I took my truck in recently to have the ignition system worked on, and they fixed a recall issue while i had it in there. it was in relation to the shifter and slipping/popping out of gear when parked. When they put things back together, the shift/gear selector switch on the shift lever no longer worked. It worked up until they messed with it, how could that not be there fault? they tried blaming me, when that didn't work they tried blaming the previous owner saying that he put in an after market stereo and messed up the wiring. The radio was in fact original "FACTORY" equipment. The guy running the shop there is a moron. IMO... I recommend buying your vehicle elsewhere because if something happens it's these morons that are going to work on your vehicle (or make excuses about why your extended warranty doesn't actually cover anything. They wouldn't even do diagnostics on my truck under warranty. This place is a total scam. I have never dealt with such a xxxxxxx bunch at a dealership before. This is only a few of the issues i had with these guys, theres more, but im done typing... save yourself the hassle. More
