Took my truck in here twice. First time was quoted $150 for the diagnosis and when I show up, surprise it's $450. Second time I was quoted $390 for a new PCM. Come to pick it up and it's now $950. "Because for the diagnosis and when I show up, surprise it's $450. Second time I was quoted $390 for a new PCM. Come to pick it up and it's now $950. "Because they read they thought a 7 was a 2". Now I've been sitting here for the past 45 mins as they remove the new PCM and put back in the bad one since they won't honor the quote. Kinda raunchy place and unorganized. Took them 15 mins just to find my invoice. Won't be coming back. More

Boulder Chrysler’s Tony is an expert in the Ram trucks and doesn’t answer every question with yes because he has integrity. I bought a new truck this week and couldn’t be happier. Tony wasn’t trying to butter me up with a lot of fake compliments but instead informed me about the product and just stuck to the facts. Any questions I asked were answered completely and most importantly with verifiable information instead of none sense like “you would look good in that truck.” We live in Loveland so drove past Prestige Dodge in Longmont to go to Boulder. The reason is Prestige wasted an hour of my life when I bought a used Jeep by trying to change the price after I agreed to buy by pretending I had to pay $1,500 more for some window security engraving. I told myself next time try an honest dealer. Now I know, Boulder Chrysler was fantastic, honest and didn’t waste my time. More
