The service associate Steven was great! I have Chrysler extended warranty and rental car is part of the deal. Frankly, Enterprise Rental Car that Boulder Chrysler uses sucks! Took my truck in here twice. First time was quoted $150 for the diagnosis and when I show up, surprise it's $450. Second time I was quoted $390 for a new PCM. Come to pick it up and it's now $950. Now I've been sitting here for the past 45 mins as they remove the new PCM and put back in the bad one since they won't honor the quote. Kinda raunchy place and unorganized. Took them 15 mins just to find my invoice. Won't be coming back. More
