The worst vehicle buying experience in my 70 years of buying many commercial and personal vehicles. They were not honest, failing to disclose safety issues that were very important and will now cost me n buying many commercial and personal vehicles. Tyler the manager is the most arrogant and rude person I've ever dealt with, he does not know the meaning of the term "customer service", he seems to think his customers work for him. Wrong! I filed a BBB claim and will not stop until they do what is necessary to make this right with me. Chris is also very rude, and I wish I had read all the 1 star reviews all over the internet before I made this purchase. It may have only been $40,000, but I don't care if it was a $5,000 vehicle, no one deserves to be treated this way. Disgraceful! More
