I understand the concept of supply and demand, but what I cannot comprehend is the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed during my visit.To add insult to injury, I was made aware that the individuals I was dealing with were facing personal challenges, particularly with a family member in the hospital. While I sympathize with their situation, it is unacceptable to use such circumstances as leverage to guilt-trip a potential customer.Furthermore, the fact that it was 8 o'clock at night, well beyond regular visiting hours, should have been an indication of the dedication required in the sales profession. Instead, I felt unwelcome and dismissed.I have no intention of naming the individuals involved, as I believe in preserving their dignity. However, I want to make it clear that I will not tolerate being treated with such disregard and insensitivity.Your refusal to work with me over what I perceive to be a trivial matter is indeed your loss, but it is also a revelation of your dealership's values and priorities.
