Great customer service, technicians could use polishing. The customer service is great when I have service. Unfortunately my simple visits required a couple return visits. The technicians or mechanics (whatever they go by these days) could be a little more careful. Had some work done and the headliner was filthy when i got the car back. Brought it back and a detailed attempted to clean it but there was no change. The interior repair person took a shot at it and finally got it clean. A little inconvenient but it was handled well.
