The dealership is always clean, precise and authentically Volkswagen. Professional and timely are always words that come to mind. I recently had my passat serviced and one thing I walked away thinking to myself was, " this dealership was not the same." I am referring to the feeling I received from the service staff and cashier. Professional but everyone lacked enthusiasm for their job. The customers and staff all seemed unhappy, perhaps this Wisconsin weather is taking its toll? I know this dealership is usually spot on but if I had been here to buy a car, the vibe would have made the experience for a lack of a better term "cold". Come on you guys!
