Service Advisor was fantastic and very helpful. However, the work, oil change and tire rotation was not completed, specifically the tire rotation, that was paid for. Had my vehicle serviced before a road trip. During the service they changed my oils, but a few hundred miles into my trip the check engine light came on because my vehicle didn’t have enough adblue in it. service they changed my oils, but a few hundred miles into my trip the check engine light came on because my vehicle didn’t have enough adblue in it. Huge inconvenience, and to top it off when I called in the answer I got when I asked why something like this would happen was “we can’t predict when something will fail”.
