The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. Turns out, he knew how to make some pretty great dealerships. in 2005 Frank Boucher Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Janesville opened it's doors and is just one of 18 franchises that operate in Southeastern Wisconsin. Smooth transaction I was in contact with Justin previously and although I did not buy a car from Boucher (no fault of Justin's ) I knew he was the person I would prefer I was in contact with Justin previously and although I did not buy a car from Boucher (no fault of Justin's ) I knew he was the person I would prefer to deal with when shopping for a new VW. He's knowledgeable of the VW line and was very personable. Justin worked with me on a fair price and was very efficient at expediting the sale which is important to me. The paperwork aspect was also quick and efficient. We have had our Volkswagens serviced at this dealership and have always been treated professionally. The only complaint would be that there is sometimes a considerable delay to get a repair scheduled, but once it's in, we feel we're in good hands. More

The sales agent Nick WAS FANTASTIC! I told him about my horrible experiences with previous Boucher VW dealers. He proved me wrong about how he is different from all the rest. I refuse to go in without having all my stuff together. Nick did not pressure me, he kept me updated on the car till I was ready. We communicated via email. As soon as I was approved, he referred me to a great insurance agent in my area. I scheduled a time to finally meet Nick. I met with another exceptional person within the dealership, Brian, the finance agent, who was easy to talked, he explained contract and made me feel very comfortable. I signed docs, the car was deep cleaned, full tank and ready for me to drive home. This is my car and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
