I don’t question the quality of the service, but I was shocked with the lack of mask wearing by their sales members. Service department was A-OK. Initially we were being taken back and forth from the manager with pricing, and were quite disappointed with his lack of professionalism and service. Next time, be up front and honest. I was not going to return to the dealership, but days later out salesman contacted us stating there was a similar vehicle - we went back with an open mind. We spoke to the salesman and finance guy, and all went smoothly. More
