Would prefer if they allowed you to make appointments for service. Was told over the phone it would take about 1 hour, when we dropped it off was told 1.5 hours. But actually took over 2.5 hours. Went in to test drive a car, but it sold same day. Was contacted again a weeks later, they may have another coming in.
