The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. I've been dealing with the VW Boucher group for almost 10 years now. First with Boucher VW in Racine and now with Boucher VW in Franklin. This is my third lease vehicle and Michael Tillman has been a big h years now. First with Boucher VW in Racine and now with Boucher VW in Franklin. This is my third lease vehicle and Michael Tillman has been a big help through every one of them. I come up with a myriad of questions and requirements and Michael handles everything in stride. Very personable, honest and sincere. The service department is just as wonderful and David Eichstaedt in service takes care of any issues that arise. The one thing that stands out to me the most, being a woman, is none of the men patronize or speak to me as if I'm helpless. They TRULY show respect towards women and that goes a long way with me. Boucher VW is a great place to get your vehicle from and build a relationship with. More

I mentioned before, Etiquette with these guys at the Franklin location, needs to be revisited. Overall process was fair but, not the best of what I expected. Chose of words used “it’s common sense”used by paper processor Phillip, Etiquette and Customer Services classes, needs to be provided to the few I had encounters with. More

I had to co sign for my daughter, the people you had were great but we had to wait at least two hours to sign paperwork be cause they only had one person doing paper work. I have a Honda Pilot and it only t great but we had to wait at least two hours to sign paperwork be cause they only had one person doing paper work. I have a Honda Pilot and it only took 15 minutes at the most for our paperwork and no wait at Sloshmen in West Allis.
