The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. It was amazing! We found the car we wanted right before they closed but they stayed open to start the paperwork and the process. Everyone we met there is so helpful and awesome! Nick Imig was GREAT!!!! He never pressured me into buying something more than what I wanted, he listened to everything that I questioned. I financed through their bank which normally I do under mine, but the something more than what I wanted, he listened to everything that I questioned. I financed through their bank which normally I do under mine, but they got me under what my bank was offering and that was a plus. I even got a warranty which made me even more happy. I am so happy with my 2018 Dodge Journey. Thanks to Boucher Volkswagen I will be back again if and when I purchase another vehicle. More

I arrived for a 10am appointment that I waited for, was 1 hour and 50 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I requested a screw to be removed that was in the front tire, was told there was nothing in hour and 50 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I requested a screw to be removed that was in the front tire, was told there was nothing in the front tire and "it must if fell out." Was also told I needed a new tire due to having a slow leak. Got home screw was there, now in the back tire due to the tires being rotated. Took it to a mechanic the following business day and the screw was remove. Oh and I do not have any slow leaks in any of the tires. Will never return to this location. More
