The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. I wanted to put some money down on a car and then come in two days later and pay the rest after I received mutual fund payout. Sales person said “we don’t play those kind of games” which I found very rude an two days later and pay the rest after I received mutual fund payout. Sales person said “we don’t play those kind of games” which I found very rude and to be insinuating that I was being deceitful. I have done that other times at other dealerships without any problems. Also, the car seems to have issues with the rear brakes that we noticed later that day and noise that seems to be wheel bearing noise which was said to have been fixed during their inspection. These are both safety issues that I would not have expected to be experiencing from a car from a dealership. Also, car was advertised as having leather interior and there was none. It was all vinyl. I believe I paid more for the car for having that option and it wasn’t correct. More
