The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Nice dealer ship . Service people all friendly. Would have been a 4 or 5 star.. BUT… it was explained there would be a $150 diagnoses fee for the antenna. In his upd Service people all friendly. I could have told you that . Then sent a message saying the antenna happened to work after he was in the car last . I was charged $150 for that ?..seems excessive! More

Hello, here is the story i experienced from this site. I bought a car audi a4 on the last Friday Jan, and I paid off the car within a hour after a drive due to the sales and finance persuaded me saying th I bought a car audi a4 on the last Friday Jan, and I paid off the car within a hour after a drive due to the sales and finance persuaded me saying that it would be very helpful to pay that day due to the month end. the senior age sale person told me no issue with the car. However I found the washer fluid refill warning shortly after I drove back, and i didn't pay attention to that warning till I refilled the car on Feb 18th, and one week later I got the refilled warning again, I immediately was aware of the possible washer fluid leakage. And I contacted the sale person and explained the issue, but the sale person didn't want to accept that the issue was there when car sold and didn't agree to take the responsibility to fix it. And I requested him to talk to his manager, one day later the result same. I did remember I use the washer fluid several times before Feb 25ht and try to figure out the cause, I refilled the tank on Feb 25th, and don't use any washer fluid, and there is no washer refill warning till i started to use the washer, which means the leakage is just above the sensor and maybe a very small fix. And it is not easy to detect. And I agree that the VW Boucher Franklin may not be aware of the issue when the car was in store as no warning if you don't use the washer fluid, but the problem for the site is that they didn't accept the issue and refuse to fix it by them. (the car was sold as is and claimed as no any issue). i left a message to the site and tried to escalate to GM. but no responding—-》 update this info, the message I sent seems not received by GM.( maybe the web issue). Now GM is aware of the case, and committed to free diagnostic for the car. I explained the car leakage is possible in right front light and washer pumper( not sure whether this is the right name). I am now much more comfortable with the responding from the site. More
