The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. Turns out, he knew how to make some pretty great dealerships. in 2005 Frank Boucher Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Janesville opened it's doors and is just one of 18 franchises that operate in Southeastern Wisconsin. I went to Express for a 10000 mile maintenance and tire pressure loss . My service technician was Jacob for that visit and the follow up when the new tire came in ( there was a nail in the side wall ). I pressure loss . I purchased vehicle and was told the warranty would last, till my loan was done, which i specifically ask, and then was told it was from the manufactures date, well i bought it 2 years old, and now i have a till my loan was done, which i specifically ask, and then was told it was from the manufactures date, well i bought it 2 years old, and now i have a car with 52,000 miles on it and a blown turbo charger, among other things, i was handed a service bill for 7,200 dollars that's not covered, great experience More

Great experience with the Service team at Boucher VW Franklin. Jason was great with getting my vehicle scheduled for service along with manufacturer repairs.
