The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. My experience with Boucher Volkswagen was short but memorable. I had been looking for a Golf R MK8 for a few months, and Boucher was one of the dealerships that was expecting new inventory. I was in to memorable. I had been looking for a Golf R MK8 for a few months, and Boucher was one of the dealerships that was expecting new inventory. I was in touch with Justin regularly, and he kept me updated on the arrival of the new vehicles. One day, Justin called me to let me know that the new Golf R MK8s had arrived, but one was already sold. The other one was available for purchase at MSRP, so I promptly drove the three hours to the dealership. Justin introduced me to Anthony, who was very helpful and made the sales process smooth and efficient. He was knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions. We had a nice chat, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Purchasing a car can be stressful, especially for a car enthusiast like me. However, I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Boucher Volkswagen. Thanks again to Anthony for the great and cordial service. More

Wonderful experience from the moment we walked in until we left with the new car. My husband was looking for a specific car and it was few here and there. Anthony was absolutely amazing.After our initial we left with the new car. My husband was looking for a specific car and it was few here and there. Anthony was absolutely amazing.After our initial conversation he took a video of the cars he had on the lot and sent it to me.He was with us through the process and answered every question and concern we had They let us test drive the car without even talking about the purchase which was a big surprise since none of the dealerships in IL will allows us without sitting and agreeing on the price. The financing department was great,efficient,quick and patient. The dealership is very very clean and well organised. If we lived closer I would definitely service the car there as well. Thank you for the great experience!!! More
