The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. I am very disappointed with Boucher Volkswagen Dealership Service Department. I strongly feel they recently mislead me to have my front and rear brakes replaced. Additionally, the cost to have the replacemen Service Department. I strongly feel they recently mislead me to have my front and rear brakes replaced. Additionally, the cost to have the replacement brakes installed was absolutely ridiculous. I completely understand they are a business with the objective to make money, but to mislead people to replace parts on a vehicle when it was not necessary is shady on part of the service staff. I will never return to this dealership for service or to purchase another vehicle. More

Scheduled oil change and tire check by email and that caused major problem. Not first time either, should discontinue offering schedule that way.
