Sam W (salemen) was able to sell us on this car because of his wealth of knowledge of the car and, more importantly, his knowledge of similar SUVs from different brands. After we finally decided this was the SUV for us, Sam was able to locate the specific car we wanted and was able to bring it in for us within a couple weeks (we had some specific add ons we wanted... AKA we didnt make it easy on him). We went to approx 7 different dealerships, and Sam was by far the best salesmen we dealt with. His laid back approach + dedication to getting us what we wanted was a welcome surprise to the normally pushy salesmen. The purchase process thereafter was quick and painless. Thanks guys! More

Usually buying a car can be a drag, but not at this dealership! Boucher Volkswagen had a used Touareg that fit our needs. Justin was very personable, easy to work with and knowledgeable about all the different functions on the Touareg. The buying process went smoothly and Patrick the finance guy wasn’t pushy about adding on all kinds of warranties and protections. The front bumper still needed some cosmetic work done after we purchased the car so we were given a loaner car free of charge while repairs were being made. Great customer service! More
