The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. Turns out, he knew how to make some pretty great dealerships. in 2005 Frank Boucher Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Janesville opened it's doors and is just one of 18 franchises that operate in Southeastern Wisconsin. Professional but lacked sincerity I have always enjoyed my time spent at Boucher VW in Franklin throughout the years, whether purchasing a vehicle or completing service. The dealership I have always enjoyed my time spent at Boucher VW in Franklin throughout the years, whether purchasing a vehicle or completing service. The dealership is always clean, precise and authentically Volkswagen. Professional and timely are always words that come to mind. I recently had my passat serviced and one thing I walked away thinking to myself was, " this dealership was not the same." I am referring to the feeling I received from the service staff and cashier. Professional but everyone lacked enthusiasm for their job. The customers and staff all seemed unhappy, perhaps this Wisconsin weather is taking its toll? I know this dealership is usually spot on but if I had been here to buy a car, the vibe would have made the experience for a lack of a better term "cold". Come on you guys! Be excited about what your doing! Volkswagen is a great brand to be apart of and after the TDI recalls VW needs positive people representing their vehicles. I know you can do it. Be positive folks!
