The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. Easy to do business with! We worked with Mike Streff in sales and we had a great experience. It was easy, honest and efficient. We got to test 2 models we were interested in. Worked up some numbers on our trade and payment options and we came back the next day where the car was fully detailed, full of gas and the paperwork was ready to go. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Phil in the finance department was informative and friendly. Great customer service, technicians could use polishing. The customer service is great when I have service. Unfortunately my simple visits required a couple return visits. Brought it back and a detailed attempted to clean it but there was no change. The interior repair person took a shot at it and finally got it clean. A little inconvenient but it was handled well.
