The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. Turns out, he knew how to make some pretty great dealerships. in 2005 Frank Boucher Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Janesville opened it's doors and is just one of 18 franchises that operate in Southeastern Wisconsin. Had my vehicle serviced before a road trip. During the service they changed my oils, but a few hundred miles into my trip the check engine light came on because my vehicle didn’t have enough adblue in it. service they changed my oils, but a few hundred miles into my trip the check engine light came on because my vehicle didn’t have enough adblue in it. Huge inconvenience, and to top it off when I called in the answer I got when I asked why something like this would happen was “we can’t predict when something will fail”. I would rate whoever I spoke to on the phone a zero if I could. More

Appreciate the service I am quite satisfied with Boucher VW in all my interactions with all the employees. I purchased my 2015 Passat SE TDI there new and have returned for I am quite satisfied with Boucher VW in all my interactions with all the employees. I purchased my 2015 Passat SE TDI there new and have returned for all my service despite living within walking distance of another major VW dealer.
