The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. Turns out, he knew how to make some pretty great dealerships. in 2005 Frank Boucher Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Janesville opened it's doors and is just one of 18 franchises that operate in Southeastern Wisconsin. I was NOT kept informed by David in Service Dept., as I should’ve been. Upon picking up my GREEN GMC ENVOY= purchased there, the hood was NOT CLOSED, (fortunately, I noticed!) & I was told to WAIT, while i should’ve been. Upon picking up my GREEN GMC ENVOY= purchased there, the hood was NOT CLOSED, (fortunately, I noticed!) & I was told to WAIT, while it’s being washed. It was NEVER WASHED! I’ve had it serviced here many times before, w/ “LEXI” helping me. I understand she’s NO longer there. What a LOSS!! She was FANTASTIC!!! More

Justin gave us the bottom dollar price without the typical salesman bs. I wanted a out the door number which was better than anyone else, and they were very accommodating, even meeting us half way (45 typical salesman bs. I brought my car in 3 times for the same battery drain problem. This time they said it's my radio and want 100$ diagnostics and $900 for a new one.
