The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local Milwaukee dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. I was NOT kept informed by David in Service Dept., as I should’ve been. Upon picking up my GREEN GMC ENVOY= purchased there, the hood was NOT CLOSED, (fortunately, I noticed!) & I was told to WAIT, while i should’ve been. Upon picking up my GREEN GMC ENVOY= purchased there, the hood was NOT CLOSED, (fortunately, I noticed!) & I was told to WAIT, while it’s being washed. It was NEVER WASHED! I’ve had it serviced here many times before, w/ “LEXI” helping me. I understand she’s NO longer there. What a LOSS!! She was FANTASTIC!!! More

I brought my car in 3 times for the same battery drain problem. This time they said it's my radio and want 100$ diagnostics and $900 for a new one.
