The sales agent Nick WAS FANTASTIC! I told him about my horrible experiences with previous Boucher VW dealers. He proved me wrong about how he is different from all the rest. I refuse to go in without having all my stuff together. Nick did not pressure me, he kept me updated on the car till I was ready. We communicated via email. As soon as I was approved, he referred me to a great insurance agent in my area. I scheduled a time to finally meet Nick. I met with another exceptional person within the dealership, Brian, the finance agent, who was easy to talked, he explained contract and made me feel very comfortable. I signed docs, the car was deep cleaned, full tank and ready for me to drive home. This is my car and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Comfortable, Dealership Experience For First VW This was my fourth dealership I'd visited in the last two weeks on my car hunt and I've had a lot of different dealership experiences with that. While This was my fourth dealership I'd visited in the last two weeks on my car hunt and I've had a lot of different dealership experiences with that. While workers at this one were not wearing masks (our salesman put one on after seeing we were wearing one), there was hand sanitizer on every desk, which I appreciated, and there was plenty of space to distance. Some dealerships can feel a little stuffy/snobby, this one did not. The salesman who worked with me, Jimmy, was pleasant and easy to talk to. I did not feel pressured to buy. I could have walked out of the door after test driving and would have felt comfortable doing so. However I did buy, and had an overall pleasant experience working through that with him. Dealership had a good price and offered 0% interest even on used cars. They cleaned the car out for me, put my plates on so I was able to drive it home that day, and Jimmy even sat in the car with me after and went through all of the features, which was an extra effort I appreciated. Only point I felt some discomfort was when dealing directly with finance department, where the dealerships tend to hit you hard with their special packages they want you to add on. It was Phil I worked with. I had to say no to things several times and kept getting pushed on that. kept getting offered "a better deal" despite saying no to all the other deals. I should just know to expect this at a dealership but it's still annoying. No means no. Overall the only complaint on an otherwise good experience. I have never owned a Volkswagen and feel confident in doing so now and visiting dealership locations in the future to service my vehicle. More
