Clueless, high turnover, always something wrong when I leave Staff seems to never know the answer to my questions. There is high turnover. I never see the same people working. They appear unkept. Mainly every time I leave there is a reason I have to return. First time they did not 'refresh' the maintenance needs that pop up on my mid screen. So I had to drive 35 miles back the next week to have them correct it. This last time they forgot to put the tire bolt lock back on my tires and I had to return to pick it up a few days later. All the above does not give me any confidence in their work on my Armada. More

Simple oil change, good experience I have been unimpressed with experiences with my Infiniti at the Infiniti dealership a half mile down the road. POOR SERVICE I wouldn't do business with this place if they were the last dealership on earth! First, their service dept. Doesn't put the plug back in after an oil change, and the engine seizes on the interstate, stranding my daughter and her little baby in January. It takes the 3 MONTHS to put in a new engine. Then, after hearing noises, she has the engine checked out by a different dealership. Guess what? THEY DIDNT PUT ALL THE PARTS BACK ON THE ENGINE. Crappy customer service and crappy service technition. Service. More

Service Visit Went in to diagnose loud noise when running. Was Cat Convertor. Was under warranty - Yeah!!! Had them do a brake job and oil and filter change. One negative, there is a portion of the front undercarriage plastic that is partially torn away and sticking out and they did not mention it or repair it. Otherwise, will go back. More
