Poor explanation of suggested expensive repairs My 2012 Nissan was in for an oil change. They suggested control arms ($1285), axle ($760), and oil cooler reseal ($343). I wanted to understand more My 2012 Nissan was in for an oil change. They suggested control arms ($1285), axle ($760), and oil cooler reseal ($343). I wanted to understand more about how bad some of these parts were, what was needed now, what could wait, etc. etc. The car is only worth about $5000, so these repairs are nearly half the value of the vehicle! The service advisor didn't have much information, especially about the CV joint/boot/axle issue. "Well, that's the way we do it". was the only explanation I got. The boot was torn, do I really need a new axle? Is the joint bad? I didn't get a real answer. More

NOISE! Accommodations for waiting customers were cramped, dark, noisy. TV was loud; background noises from somewhere seemed disruptive. Charged for something I shouldn't have been When I purchased my tires I received free tire rotation for the life of the tires. My husband brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation an When I purchased my tires I received free tire rotation for the life of the tires. My husband brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and they charged him for the tire rotation. He questioned why he was getting charged and was told there was no free tire rotation included. When he got home I called and questioned why it wasn't included anymore. I was told that it should have been no cost but she could not reimburse me. She said that she would mark in my file that i was to receive a free oil change next visit. I just hope that its marked in the file especially after several months. More

Worst experience ever Went in on 12/28 for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation Appointment was at 10:00. I arrived 10 minutes early. Service did not have many ca Went in on 12/28 for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation Appointment was at 10:00. I arrived 10 minutes early. Service did not have many cars being worked on and one person on the waiting area besides me. At 10:45 I notice my car sitting outside. I asked the lady in service if I could have my keys. She said she had to process my paperwork. Another 20 minute go by so I ask her again. Same response. Another 5 minutes go by and she sighed at me and grabbed my paperwork to finally process. I expressed my dissatisfaction and she mumbled stuff under her breath. Inaudible. She then said I needed to be charged for tire rotation so couldn’t have my keys. I thought all routine service was covered my first year but at this point I was too irritated to argue with her. Approximately 11:20 I was finally able to leave. Wish I could take my car somewhere else for service!! More
