Everyone was great. Mike, the tech, performed major surgery on my car, replacing the steering rack, hydraulic lines and even the transmission line, all of which had succumbed to road salt. The Infiniti surgery on my car, replacing the steering rack, hydraulic lines and even the transmission line, all of which had succumbed to road salt. The Infiniti drives like a brand new car. Was disappointed in the fact that I had them check the navigation system because it was not functioning correctly. They tested and said I needed a maps update. The service center was professional. Addressed my issues and questions relatively quickly. The 2016 vehicle had a known harness issue with the driver heated seat and I was told to contact Nissan corporate d and questions relatively quickly. The 2016 vehicle had a known harness issue with the driver heated seat and I was told to contact Nissan corporate directly to communicate my concern for the high-priced repair. Although outside of miles warranty - the heated seat was only used a total of 24 months over the 4 years (given the cold season). The service team was helpful enough, however I would have appreciated the dealer shop to run this down on my behalf with the manufacturer since this is seemingly a known component issue. It seems like something that should fall under policy on a 4 year old vehicle given the faulty part was sourced by the manufacturer and has experienced this issue with other vehicles. More

Wondering if someone can explain why my 20-year old daughter came into your service department today for one of the free oil changes and was told she that she also needed a "recommended" brake fluid re daughter came into your service department today for one of the free oil changes and was told she that she also needed a "recommended" brake fluid replacement? She bought a certified used 2017 Nissan Sport Rogue in May that now has approximately 20,000 miles on it. The official Nissan owner's manual service book shows that this is not on the service schedule until the car has 80,000 miles or is 96 months old. Obviously nowhere near that mileage or age, and no, this isn't under "severe maintenance conditions." All I can figure is that she as a young adult female was an easy mark for your service team to hit her up for a $ 120+ add on that is almost pure profit. The ball's in your court. Keep in mind that her Dad (me) has significant expendable income so your response to this post may decide whether or not you gain or lose many, many thousands more in sales in the future. She should have known better, and if she has any more free oil changes, I told her to be screaming FREE OIL CHANGE ONLY the minute she steps out of her car. I am beyond disappointed that what has otherwise been a good experience (good salesperson, great sales process, fair price on the vehicle) is now being marred with this. I can't think of ANY vehicle short of an Abrams tank that might need a brake fluid replacement at only 20,000 miles. More

I took the car in for my wife she gave me a coupon. I gave the oil change coupon to the intake guy. After it was done he said it was disallowed.
