The issue with my Murano heated seat was addressed consistent with the professionalism I always receive at Boucher. Nissan and Boucher assisted with much of the cost of the issue and I was pleased with what I paid to cover the repair. Mike G is the best Servicer Advisor in the Nissan network.

We have tried to contact your daughter for over a week now after seeing her dissatisfied review on Google, but we have been unsuccessful in reaching her. Additionally, we sent you an email with a copy of her maintenance manual and the reference page showing the 20k mile recommended brake flush for that specific vehicle.
