I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not even check the tire pressure. My tires were a bit low coming in and were still low when I left. I bought the car here so had been coming for oil changes, but I think I will start to go elsewhere. The service isn't bad, but the attention to detail is sorely lacking. More

My review is based entirely on how unsafe I felt while getting my oil changed. Of the 25 employees I saw while there, maybe 4 had masks on that were being worn. Most of the service department was wearin getting my oil changed. Of the 25 employees I saw while there, maybe 4 had masks on that were being worn. Most of the service department was wearing a mask under their nose, which defeats the point and most of the sales department was sans mask as well. I was very uncomfortable being in this space. The chairs were spaced out about 4 feet which was not far enough when someone sat next to me without a mask at all. The person that came out to the waiting room to go over the service got closer to me than anyone has in the last 7 months outside my family. It was clear that safety is NOT a priority here. An establishment that doesn’t care enough to keep their employees or the public safe is not somewhere I want to be. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
they keep recording my car as a 2016 when it is a 2018 Rogue. The condition report lists it as a Pathfinder. Also the next day I get an email saying I missed my appointment. I had my son with me and had to change him on my lap while sitting on the toilet it was very uncomfortable. I think all places should have a changing table because a lot of parents are your customers. More
