Everyone was courteous and efficient if getting the info from your car. Even with this covid the waiting area is social distance. Came in for oil change, alignment and tire check, found a nail in tire they ordered a new tire that same day and replaced it. I asked if they had coupons? They applied it and pretty much satisfied. Having my Murano picked up at home and redelivered after an oil change and tire rotation was the best experience! The team, Kevin and Selena were very professional as well as prompt. The issue that I have is my tire light was on when they picked it up. This indicator goes on when a tire has lost air. When it was returned, the tire light was still on. Unfortunately I did not check that when my vehicle was redelivered. When I went to run an errand an hour later, the light was still on. According to my receipt, the tire pressure was checked when the tire rotation was done. It was not. It was returned to me with the light still on. I went to n OIL CHANGE WHILE YOU WAIT place and the rear passenger was down to 27#. I checked today and the light is still off. I see this as a failure of Boucher Nissan Service Dept. More

I waited for about 3 hours and had no update on my vehicle in the first 2 hours. Issue was not resolved while there. Pricing is always a shock. Also reports not consistent from visit to visit. While making the appointment I requested a loaner and was denied even tho the insurance would pay for it. Sat in the waiting room from 7:05 to 7:35 waiting for the “shuttle” driver to arrive to take me to wo denied even tho the insurance would pay for it. Sat in the waiting room from 7:05 to 7:35 waiting for the “shuttle” driver to arrive to take me to work. I was supposed to start at 7:00am. I then made arrangements to be picked up at 3:30pm. It was not until 4:42 when the shuttle finally arrived. Again, apparently he was sent to retrieve a part instead of picking me up. I was never contacted to confirm that I was ready at 3:30 or even a courtesy call to say ,hey our driver is tied up for a minute. I could have stayed punched in at work to make up for the hour I missed in the morning. More

Chris and Brandon (service consultant) did not give up during 2 plus days of problematic situations and succeeded in solving the problem which earned my deepest respect and appreciation. I have a 2014 and a 2019 Nissan rogue and again know that it is not just the vehicle alone but the support from customer service that makes a customer return for future purchases.
