Our experience with the service dept. was very good. Mike explained what they did to find the problem and, fortunately, our car was in good shape. We got a shuttle to take us home. Mike did tell us that mechanic did a final check and found that rodents were getting into the engine! And gave us suggestions to keep them out since the damage they do could be very costly! I had over $2,700 of work completed including replacing an 02 sensor. 10 days later my check engine light was back on for an 02 sensor. Boucher Nissan was completely indifferent. Eventually it got escal an 02 sensor. 10 days later my check engine light was back on for an 02 sensor. Boucher Nissan was completely indifferent. Eventually it got escalated to their GM, Drew Harrig. Drew set an appointment for me on 5/27. I showed up and their service department was closed. Wasted an hour of my life on Memorial Day for absolutely nothing. Very dishonest behavior and total lack of respect for customers time. I would avoid this Service Department and Drew at all costs if you value honesty, your time or money. More
