Came in for an oil change, and as predicted, a half-hour into it the reps comes out to upsell me on something my 3 year old car desperately needs. They take their chances on you picking one of the two (both of which are about the same price). I wouldn't they have a post-day meeting to reward the rep that sold the most non-essential services for the day. More
