When I purchased my car in July 2016, I purchased the 8 year maintenance package. The invoice shows that the tire rotation was done along with checking the tire pressure. Upon leaving the dealership, I checked the car’s computer information screen & those 2 things were DEFINITIVELY not done. I called the service advisor I dealt with, shared this information with him & he definitely agreed with me. He did apologize & said I could bring the car in to get it taken care of. Of course, that’s an inconvenience for me, it should have been done correctly in the first place. I have 3 years left on my maintenance package & will have concern of what is actually being completed. More

Brought in my 2016 Rogue in for an oil change, 8:30 appointment. I have extended warranty on my car but as usual there is always additional recommended services that aren’t covered by the warranty. I also asked if they could check a creaking sound that seemed related to steering. I was delighted when I was called in about half an hour that the oil change was done, but of course there were a couple of other issues that needed service. I agreed to the additional service and was told it would be done in 15-20 minutes. About 45 minutes later I went back to the service rep to find out why the delay. He told me they had found out what was causing the creaking noise and were repairing it. He also stated it was under warranty and there would be no charge. When I received my bill there was a $170 charge for that repair. When I questioned it I was told it was covered by my warranty but there was a $100 deductible. That is very different from no charge to me. After all was done we left Bouche Nissan at 11:00, after having an 8:30 appointment. I regret that I purchased the extended warranty on my Rogue because it locks you into retuning there for service. More
