The oil change and inspection was completed in a timely fashion while I waited. The staff was friendly and explained the recommended additional services needed without any pressure to have them completed, fashion while I waited. Oil change/tire rotation. Tires were not rotated and only upper 20s psi, so no air was put in even though sheet said it was at 35. Windshield wiper rubber came off. The service on Aug. 23, was good. I was surprised that an employee paid my bill because some one else had done a favor for her and she was paying it forward. I found out her name. As she was out at the t employee paid my bill because some one else had done a favor for her and she was paying it forward. I found out her name. As she was out at the time, I called her later and thanked her and found out why she did it. On Sept. 1st I stopped to have my center rear seat belt recepticle retrived from behind the seat. A service advisor was able to pull it out and didn't charge me. Such great service! More
