This dealership had our vehicle for an entire day and told us they could not find anything wrong but reset our tire pressure sensor to a lower number to prevent it from continuing to give us a low tire p told us they could not find anything wrong but reset our tire pressure sensor to a lower number to prevent it from continuing to give us a low tire pressure alert. They also said they checked our tires and they were fine. About a week and a half later the tire pressure alert came on again. We took our vehicle to the West Allis service location to be checked out. Turned out our tire pressure sensor had a leak, we needed a new one and one of the tires had a nail in it. Not sure how that was missed by the Waukesha service location but we will not be using the Waukesha location for our service needs in the future. More

Meh. Service's little touches have gone downhill lately, not to unbearable levels, but just less than there was before. No more vacuuming of your car. Smaller bags of snacks. Longer wait to finish service. not to unbearable levels, but just less than there was before. No more vacuuming of your car. Smaller bags of snacks. Longer wait to finish service. The service person though was able to use both coupons I had for the 2 different services I had, but I did have to fight for it. Asked if there were records of what was recommended last time, so I could schedule them, and there was not. So I guess fingers crossed that maintenance doesn't cause a problem? Just kind of one of those things, like the DMV or dentist office - not a fun time overall, no one wants to be there, but it's something you have to do, and I've heard worse about other places. More
