Dan the service consultant greeted me upon driving I to the service bay. Answered my questions and said it should be about an hour. Came back in under an hour to inform me the service had been completed an the service bay. Answered my questions and said it should be about an hour. I brought my Altima in on May 23rd, got new front brakes, had the multi-point inspection done then also. Left rear and right rear in green 6MM. By June 8th, I needed all new back brakes, wheel bearings and r had the multi-point inspection done then also. Left rear and right rear in green 6MM. By June 8th, I needed all new back brakes, wheel bearings and right rear caliper!!! No one could give me any expiation on how this was not seen on May 23rd. I take my car to the Nissan Dealership expecting high quality service and repair work, I was not happy and still am not happy as NO ONE reached out with an explanation or some sort of here something happened that shouldn't have we will give you free oil changes and car washes!! More
My patience is now completely out. I had spoken with a manger a few months ago & expressed all the things that had been happening already. Then just 1 day ago my dad brought it in to b I had spoken with a manger a few months ago & expressed all the things that had been happening already. Then just 1 day ago my dad brought it in to be looked at/an oil change. He gets it home, I go pick it up & drive it home. Then I put it in reverse & i get a bright blue screen on my touchscreen & an error message on my dashboard telling me there is a problem with the parking sensor. So, now my backup camera is having issues ONE day after I leave the service department at Nissan, once again. I guess I just don’t understand anymore. I’m also told this won’t be covered, so that’s awesome, love hearing that I’ll have to put more money/time into a car that I have only had a few months. A car that was supposed to be this wonderful purchase. Honestly at this point, I don’t want this car. Nothing to do with it. I want to trade it in for something else that’s either an even trade, same as I pay monthly or less. No more money put down. I want it gone. More
