My patience is now completely out. I had spoken with a manger a few months ago & expressed all the things that had been happening already. Then just 1 day ago my dad brought it in to b I had spoken with a manger a few months ago & expressed all the things that had been happening already. Then just 1 day ago my dad brought it in to be looked at/an oil change. He gets it home, I go pick it up & drive it home. Then I put it in reverse & i get a bright blue screen on my touchscreen & an error message on my dashboard telling me there is a problem with the parking sensor. So, now my backup camera is having issues ONE day after I leave the service department at Nissan, once again. I guess I just don’t understand anymore. I’m also told this won’t be covered, so that’s awesome, love hearing that I’ll have to put more money/time into a car that I have only had a few months. A car that was supposed to be this wonderful purchase. Honestly at this point, I don’t want this car. Nothing to do with it. I want to trade it in for something else that’s either an even trade, same as I pay monthly or less. No more money put down. I want it gone. More

We took my mothers 2012 Nissan Rogue in for service initially last May because she notice there was a burning smell and the problem was diagnosed as a leaking seal in the rear tranfer case. She was cha initially last May because she notice there was a burning smell and the problem was diagnosed as a leaking seal in the rear tranfer case. She was charged approximately $15 for parts and $1000 for labor. The problem was never corrected and occasionaly on longer trips the burning smell returned. The reair had a 2 year warranty on the repair and we returned the car for warranty service. This time we were told that there was internal damage to the tranfer case and quoted $4500 to replace the transfer case. The dealership refused to refund any of the original labor cost even though the damage to the tranfer case existed on the first visit and the problem was misdiagnosed as a faulty seal. Frustrated I took the vehicle to a third party for a second opinion. It was confirmed she needed a new tranfer case and we had the work compleated there for $500 less than Boucher quoted us. Ironically the third party bought the new transfer case from Boucher and was still able to complete the work for $500 less than Boucher quoted us. The third party also confirmed the tranfer case was bad when the seals were replaced, I contacted the service department with my frustration of being charged for labor twice for the same job and was told a service director would contact me. Nobody contacted me for 2 weeks so I called again and was finally contacted by the service director. He refused to offer even a partial refund for labor or admit any fault by Boucher even though we were charged for a misdiagnosed problem. He was not willing to take any responsibility or stand behind there work even though I told him I would write this review. Foolish way to do business in my opinion. We will never have service done here again or buy another car here. Hopefully our lost business and any lost business from this review cost Boucher far more than the partial refund of our labor costs. Spend your money somewhere that stands behind there work and doesnt over charge you to begin with. More
