When I got my Rogue back from service it leaked oil on my garage floor and everywhere else I parked. Also, when I brought my Rogue in I had perfect tire pressure and after the service all 4 of my tires h garage floor and everywhere else I parked. Lenny listened to my concerns and did his best to accommodate my needs. Though I was hoping to go longer without buying a new car, Lenny made the process seamless. accommodate my needs. Though I was hoping to go longer without buying a new car, Lenny made the process seamless. More

Stopped in for oil change, didn’t have appointment. Asked if they could squeeze me in. Was told yes. 2 hours later I am walking out of dealership!!!! If I was told it would be a 2 hour wait time for JU Asked if they could squeeze me in. Was told yes. 2 hours later I am walking out of dealership!!!! If I was told it would be a 2 hour wait time for JUST an oil change, I would NOT have stayed. I understand that I did not have an appointment, but 2 hours is an EXCESSIVE amount of time to wait for only an oil change and I feel that it was very unprofessional of the service department to not let me know that ahead of time. I would have just scheduled an appointment for a different day, instead of wasting 2 hours. More
Terrible Service! ! On the afternoon of June 14, 2023 I dropped my vehicle off at Boucher Nissan in Waukesha, WI to troubleshoot a problem as my service engine soon ! On the afternoon of June 14, 2023 I dropped my vehicle off at Boucher Nissan in Waukesha, WI to troubleshoot a problem as my service engine soon light became illuminated. They replaced the Variable Valve Timing Soleniod (Part 23796-JA00A) which seemed to fix the problem and resolve the error code (P0075). Note that I had a local Auto Zone diagnose this same error code of P0075 on their code reader prior to dropping off my vehicle. They also replaced a fan belt and performed an oil change and tire rotation. I picked up the vehicle the afternoon of June 15th and I paid invoice number 278838. The Service Consultant was Daniel Laber. Note that I found the same OEM Variable Valve Timing Soleniod (Part 23796-JA00A) on Amazon for $175.89 and Boucher charged me $356.09. On August 7th I noticed that my service engine soon light had again become illuminated. On that day, I once again had a local Auto Zone diagnose the error codes which were P0011 (Intake Camshaft Position Timing - Over Advanced) and a secondary DTC of P0075 (Intake Valve Timing Circuit Bank 1). I had mentioned to the Auto Zone associate that I recently had a dealership replace the Variable Valve Timing Soleniod. He said that this part could be faulty and recommended I take it back to the dealership. On August 9th I arrived at the dealership at about 9:15 am for a 9:30 am appointment, dropped off the vehicle with the Service Consultant again being Daniel Laber. It took until approximately 4:30 pm for him to call me with a vague diagnosis. He had mentioned that the Variable Valve Timing Soleniod previously installed was not determined to be faulty and that the problem was with the Camshaft position timing and would require about 4 hours of labor and some parts with the total being around $1,600 to $1,700. I agreed and he said he'd order the parts. My vehicle was left at the dealership and the parts had not come in the next day. On August 10 I spoke with Daniel and mentioned that I needed my vehicle and he said the parts should be in by the next week. He said it was OK to drive the vehicle so I picked up my vehicle late in afternoon of August 10th. I told him that I would drop off the vehicle on the afternoon of August 16th and Daniel mentioned that he was confident that the parts would be in by that time. Late in the afternoon of August 16th I once again dropped off my vehicle, hoping that the parts were there. On August 17th, Daniel called me and said that the cost of the repairs would be about $1,970. I agreed and he said that he was still waiting on the parts. I never heard anything more from Daniel until I called him on August 22 asking if my car was ready. He told me that one part was now on backorder and there was also some sort of mix-up with the part number. When I came to get my car on August 22, he then said that he was waiting on three parts. I then asked him point blank if I would risk damaging my engine by driving my car and he said 'it shouldn't'. I asked him about the possibility of getting a loaner vehicle since it was taking several days to get the issue(s) resolved but he said he only had access to three vehicles which were loaned out to other customers. He then confided that he was being promoted to Service Manager but would make sure that my parts came in. I feel that it is just terrible customer service that a dealership can't obtain parts to resolve common error codes within 10 business days. Furthermore, a simple online search of these error codes (P0011 and P0075) shows that these are quite serious and that continuing to drive the vehicle with these problems can lead to serious engine damage and even ruin one's engine. I took this car to the dealership to rely on their expertise, expecting honesty and repairs to be completed in a timely manner. I feel like I have been treated like dirt. Daniel has no credibility with me whatsoever. I'll NEVER patronize the Boucher Service Dept. again!! Dave E. More
