Unfortunately the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Took my car in for an oil change and recall work. When I arrived, the only person who greeted me was the shuttle driver. The two service experienced. Took my car in for an oil change and recall work. When I arrived, the only person who greeted me was the shuttle driver. The two service writers never looked up from their desks and probably wouldn’t have if not for the shuttle driver making sure I was checked in. The General Manager also paid no attention to me standing there. The service writer also told me the shuttle didn’t run after 4:00 pm, so I’d need to find my own way back. Thankfully the shuttle driver told me that was not true. When the service writer called me to say my car was done, he told me again to find my own way. I explained that I worked everything out directly with the driver and he still told me I was wrong. Never offered to double check either. When I picked up my car, not a single person went over the service with me, and while checking out at the cashier’s desk was scolded for trying to read the service papers before signing. Had my credit card in hand to pay for the oil change, was scolded again by the cashier because “recalls are no charge!” So are oil changes that did not happen. Don’t even get me stared on the gaggle of sales guys coffee clutching at the entrance to the dealership. The entire staff can learn some valuable lessons from the shuttle driver. Seems to be the only person who understands customer service and how to do his job like a boss. Thanks Kevin. More
