Time management is not a strong suit of this location. Feel as though they overbook in case someone doesn’t show. I was there for a key fob recall it took 1.5 hours! That’s at least a 20 min to a half Feel as though they overbook in case someone doesn’t show. I was there for a key fob recall it took 1.5 hours! Went in for transmission got my vechivkr back with exhaust and power steering issues and the service manager Chris was rude as xxxx. That made me never want to purchase a Nissan vehicle again. exhaust and power steering issues and the service manager Chris was rude as xxxx. They gave me a vehicle report showing my vehicle had been examined during a servicing, including listing the battery in passing condition and then the battery died the next day. It would have been nice to kn examined during a servicing, including listing the battery in passing condition and then the battery died the next day. It would have been nice to know I needed an immediate battery change rather than having the false knowledge that my battery was fully functional and in good condition. More
We love the sales department. Drew there is a fantastic guy and very helpful. However, the service department sucks. They need to get better people in there. Drew there is a fantastic guy and very helpful. However, the service department sucks. They need to get better people in there. More
