My 2017 Altima went into ship mode one day. After hours of tinkering and YouTube videos, I called the Waukesha dealership and spoke with Tyler Zimmerman. He listened to my situation and told me he would get back in touch with me. This was 2 days before Christmas as well. So, Tyler called me days later and informed me that it would cost me $1400 for parts plus labor. I was so disgruntled and asked if he could find out if I had any warranty left on the vehicle. Days later, I receive a call from Tyler telling me that he has great news. Yes, I do have an extended warranty. He told me the part was ordered and installed and my car is running perfect. I was impressed with the communication and attention to detail with Tyler. Overall, my best experience with a local car dealership. Great work Boucher Nissan of Waukesha!! More

I had my car towed to the when it would not start. It gave a bunch of errors that blinked rapidly when I tried to start it. And now, a day or two later, the car has the same problem. So obviously, something was missed. More
