I was totally upfront that this was my first experience of shopping for a vehicle by myself. I told Matt I would be leery of anything and everything he would say. First, my inexperience of shopping for a car, being an older female and alone. As we sat and talked I slowly got the feeling he was not out to take advantage of my inexperience . He then introduced me to Adam Etzel for my financial needs and he also was a very pleasant and helpful young man. I left your dealership that day, pleasantly surprised with my treatment and my Nissan Rogue.
