Can't be trusted You want to be able to trust a company, but with Boucher, my experience tells me that would be a mistake. I stopped in looking for a Jeep. While there You want to be able to trust a company, but with Boucher, my experience tells me that would be a mistake. I stopped in looking for a Jeep. While there was nothing I liked in the yard, they had one at another location that they offered to bring over. When I looked at it, there were options listed in the description that the vehicle did not have. I put that down to a mistake, but still liking it, purchased the car. When I accepted it I was handed a single key. Knowing their cost, I immediately asked about the second key, and the salesman said they would mail it to me from the dealership where the car had been. I waited a week. Two. I began calling the salesman and got no response. I contacted the sales manager and was told he would look into it. He never called back and did not respond to emails. At this point, before leaving on a trip to the east coast, I had a key made for $285, plus several hours of my time to track one down and have it programmed. Since he never called, I again contacted the sales manager and was told the dealership would do nothing. I followed up with the manager and was offered $75. Not the key they had promised. Not the $285 it cost me to get a key. Just $75. If they value their integrity so cheaply, they can keep it. Bottom line, do not trust them. More
